"It is a lovely location in that area and the layout and decoration is lovely. Friendly hostess."

The location for our purposes was very good. The views amazing. The facilities were good overall. There were chocolate brownies left for us which were amazing.

My mum is 88yrs and the stairs were a bit steep for her - I didn’t think to check that when booking. Perhaps a warning in the details might help unless I missed the myself.

Snaffles is set in the most idyllic location. Surronded by fields - horses and deer to watch and so quiet. The cottage is extremely comfortable and the addition of basic food items including a delicious cake made us feel really welcome. The hosts were really friendly and helpful.

Comfortable , well appointed in a perfect location. Friendly and helpful host, Beautiful setting with deer and horses in field at rear of property. Fabulous eggs from farm hens were a lovely bonus. Good local pub with excellent food within walking distance. Perfect location for visiting renowned Kent /East Sussex gardens and NT properties .

"We had a great time!"

The location was very good, perfect for what we wanted. The host was friendly and went out of her way to make our stay enjoyable. The house was bigger than we thought and nice and warm.
