Gorgeous setting! Lovely airy feel inside the property - it had everything we needed for a three night stay.

The location is absolutely gorgeous! You feel like you're in the middle of nowhere, but only a few miles out of Tunbridge Wells. The surprise cake in arrival was a lovely treat, and the kitchen is well supplied with all the equipment you need, as well as tea coffee and milk.

An extra sign on the fence would be helpful. We weren't sure if we were in the right place, but arrived at the same time as a neighbour so were able to check with them if we had the right location.

We loved this house, it was so peaceful and well-located. It was cosy and had everything we needed.

Spacious kitchen and dining room and fast WiFi, decent setting and local to amenities. Shower was decent pressure.

Bed footboard at end isn't good for tall people over 6 foot, flagstone in kitchen is wobbly needs resetting, hot tap drips and temperature of hot water needs calibrating as too hot, loose bannister on stairs, light decoration at top of stairs too low for people 6' and above, generally designed for people about a foot shorter than me.
