The location was great, it’s much bigger than it looks with great views, with a lovely cake waiting for you in the kitchen

The location was excellent, we overlooked a paddock that had horses and on one day a herd of deer. The garden had squirrels and field mice, great for nature lovers. It was really quiet and peaceful just right for a relaxing break.

The property was a little difficult to find once off the main road.

Excellent location, easy, short trip into Royal Tunbridge Wells. Also great for many national trust properties. Peaceful, beautiful location. Spacious cottage, really clean.

A perfect combination of a beautiful location, close to amenities but wonderfully peaceful, a welcoming and friendly host and a well-equipped cottage which felt spacious yet cosy. I wish we had been able to stay for longer! We saw a large herd of deer in the fields near the cottage when returning from a wedding in Tunbridge Wells & a vole in the garden on our last morning there.

Having the luxury of parking outside your door, the remoteness of the accommodation and seeing a working stables all around you.

Warm welcome with the bonus of a delicious cake. Comfortable and with all the facilities you could want. Quiet with a rural outlook. We were visiting historic houses and gardens of which there are many in the area.
