It's a lovely cottage, very welcoming, lovely decorated, really peaceful. The bedding and living room are so comfy. We stay there for Christmas and the cottage was decorated with a tree! We really appreciated this attention! We appreciated the quiet, the nature around us and kids fell in love with the herds of deer running in the grassland each morning. The cottage is ideally situated near Frant Station, where we took a train for London! Our kids doesn't wanted to leave this beautiful place. Thank you Mops for the delicious cupcakes and your warm welcome.

We are not used to the heat system that you use, maybe just leave a few explanations for how to manage it when we leave (for people like us :D) But everything was great!

Walkable to some attractions. Options for public transport were great. Close to restaurants, groceries, chemist etc Spacious rooms. Good shower Well equipped kitchen - lack of mugs/cups but plenty of everything else.

The only TV in the unit was in a bedroom. Location of downstairs bedroom meant that the security gate noise as it banged throughout the night disturbed our sleep. Security lights going on and off all night lit up the bedroom. One of the curtains in the bedroom was too short and light shone on the bed. You can't open the curtains in the daytime as it is like being in a fishbowl. The unit needs sheer curtains behind the heavier curtains so that you can let in light in daylight hours. Lighting throughout the unit was dim except in the kitchen area. Bedside lights were unshaded and shone harshly. Entrance to the loft bedroom had a low bulkhead which caught you out when entering the bedroom. No instruction folder in the unit eg we didn't know what to do with the rubbish.

This accommodation is in a beautiful countryside setting on a farm. It was a very clean and comfortable place and was particularly peaceful. The cottage was warm and welcoming. We were greeted on arrival by Gayle and Mops. Lovely soft white fluffy towels and a home made cake ?

Everything was great

Very spacious and when we lit the fire it was warm and cosy.

Insufficient electric sockets. We plugged in a heater into an extension cable in the lounge with a lamp and it blew the extension cable and burned the socket on the extension cable. I question the use of extension cables in self catering properties. Not safe. There were two corners with no sockets so quite dark. In the kitchen no extractor fan or lighting above the cooker so very difficult to see the digital display on the hob.

Beautiful,cosy and quiet.

It was such a lovely place if your looking for a countryside experience. The cottage is very comfortable with beautiful views. Outside you can walk straight up into the forest and meadows. We've seen deer and a fox. The deer come up to the meadow behind the cottage, so you can even just watch them from the cottage itself sometimes. It's a beautiful area as well. We really enjoyed our evening meal at the Lazy Fox pub as was recommended by our host.

Beautiful, spacious house with a gorgeous garden! We especially appreciated the homemade cake and fresh milk on arrival!
