It was very homely and comfortable. The property was very clean and well equipped. We felt relaxed instantly and loved the location. We would come back to Bolton's Cottage again.

"Lovely stay in a great cottage."

A lovely cottage in a great location. Everything you needed was provided. Very comfy beds. The host visited us to welcome us and even asked if we needed anything from the supermarket, which was a nice touch. Would certainly stay again.

"Comfortable cottage in a lovely location."

Very peaceful location yet an easy walk into Oakham so no need to drive. Great for walks around Rutland water. We walked to the reservoir from the cottage. The cottage is on a nice quiet lane to walk the dog or go for a run.Very well equipped kitchen and very comfortable bedroom. We would like to return in the summer months to make use of the sunny garden by the side of the cottage! It’s such a relaxing place to stay.

Great cottage with home from home comforts. Quiet location and easy 20 minutes walk to village. Well equipped kitchen for cooking in. Great sized TV
