A great location fabulous cottage very comfortable

A beautifully appointed, thoughtfully equipped cottage in a convenient but quiet location. Very clean and comfortable. Warm and cosy. Easy parking. Within easy reach of so many interesting places plus shops, cafes, pubs and restaurants.

The cottage was cosy and comfortable with everything we needed to enjoy a relaxing few days. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to make lovely homemade meals and sit down together as a family. Having grown up near by, it was lovely to be able to visit extended family and have days out at nearby towns and garden centres before retreating back for relaxing evenings playing games or watching tv together

Shops are a 2 minute drive away, Rutland water 10 min drive and plenty of places to eat in the small town. Lovely cottage,nice and warm, very comfy. Went for a games weekend and the table was perfect size for table top games. Great get away for a small group of people or couple/family.

Only downside is only one allocated car space, we had two but we managed to squeeze them both in.

Great Value for money. cozy accommodation. Hosts flexible and supportive approach.

Well presented property with everything we needed. Really comfortable beds and a good size property for a family of 4 plus our dog.

Showers could have more power. Only a little thing but some hooks on the back of the bedroom doors would be useful.

Wonderful quiet location, extremely well maintained, clean, cosy, well equipped.

The cottage was spotlessly clean and well maintained, with high spec furnishings. Henry and Grania have thought of everything, even down to emergency toothbrushes, dog biscuits, and a choice of 3 teapots! Just perfect.
