"Rather took the edge off our holiday vibe"

Easy to find, the house was beautifully presented, spotlessly clean and very well equipped. It's in a quiet, countryside location with a lovely outlook and a private garden for the use of guests. Nice touches included a generous welcome pack, towelling robes and music playing on arrival. There was a parking space right in front of the property

The signs and instructions everywhere which were very "in your face" and the rather condescending tone of the property information sheets. The leaving checklist was over the top, it was passive/aggressive in nature, rounded off with threats of additional charges. Despite the property being right next door to the owner, no one came to welcome us or ask if there was anything else we needed. It was a beautiful property but we would not stay there again

"Perfect Stay"

Set in peaceful location around 1 mile from village centre. Morgans Rest has everything you need for any length of stay. It is a real home from home and made for a lovely peaceful few days. We booked very short notice but had a very nice welcome pack supplied, this helped us settle right in. We would definitely recommend to anyone and would happily stay again, if back in the area.

"Morgan's Rest"

Clean, light and airy...everything we needed for a long weekend birthday break. Washing machine !!! Comfortable and a real home from home. Hosts very kindly put up birthday bunting before we arrived to welcome us in.

Beautiful cottage in a great location. The owners clearly go that extra mile to make your stay 5 star. The welcome treats are lovely and very much appreciated. The cottage was spotless, comfortable and very quiet. It was a very relaxing stay and would recommend to anyone.
