"Place to leave the world behind"

Everything, location, lovely surroundings, very tranquil, but not too far from the main road from Caernarfon to Portmeirian., but no traffic noise , Alwin the owner very pleasant and helpful

The cottage is very nice. There is great views of mountains sheep, a nice bench next to the stream on the grounds where the cottage is to enjoy breakfast, dinner, drinks and the great views. A very nice walk to Caernafon next to a steam train track.Olwen and Geraint where very helpful and recommended some nice areas to visit. Black rock sands, Criketh, Aber falls and Snowdon are great.

Coming back home after seven days. I would have liked to stay for longer. There is lots of nice beaches and places to visit in the area.

"Great base for touring the area"

We really enjoyed our week here. Great location with easy access to all North West Wales has to offer. Comfortable accommodation. Well equipped kitchen and relaxing lounge. Excellent base when touring the area. Very friendly and helpful hosts.

"Samuel Cottage"

Great hosts with a cottage in an excellent location, very peaceful with the adjacent river and sheep in the fields. Brilliant cycling in the area with lots of cycle paths. Close enough to Caernarfon but also far enough away. Great views of Snowdon in the distance and the steam mountain railway is on your doorstep. Option for electric car charging was extremely handy as well!

Everything was excellent, beautiful location, stream at the end of garden, Cottage itself was gorgeous, clean , comfortable, plenty of places to sit outside and enjoy the gorgeous views. Host couldn't have been more friendly and helpful . Loved our stay with our 2 little dogs. Easy to reach town centre and some local shops and places to eat very nearby. Will definitely stay again Thank you, Olwen
