Loads of space very clean and well equipped . Good base and everywhere easily accessible and a nice surprise welcome with delicious homemade scones and jam

Really nothing to dislike

It was just what we wanted a home away from home. We were at Balmoral show for the week so it was lovely to come back to a warm house with comfy beds

There was nothing we didn’t like about the property

Everything was great, the facilities and the fire. We loved lighting it at night. Lovely hot water and rooms nicely decorated. We have stayed here 3 times now and would love to go back. Annette was friendly and helpful.

Down to personal preference or maybe just my age, I prefer a softer mattress on the bed I chose. Bedrooms were nicely decorated though and looked beautiful.

Like staying with your favourite relative. Loved the homely touches, home made scones, jam from the farm, the wood burner, rooms where a fabulous size and allowed for family time . Very clean,

It was perfect and the hosts were fantastic. They brought fire lighters, wood, coal and were very extremely responsive.

Annette was very helpful and friendly, house was very spacious and comfortable clean.

Just one little thing that would have made it perfect was having an enclosed area from the front door.
