The lake was lovely. the Lodge was spacious warm and well equipped. The area has good leisure facilities.

The oven and BBQ could have been cleaner, with food stuck on. Yet there is a threat of surcharge if left dirty! The dishwasher left everything in the top coated in scum so washing up had to be done by hand. I also object to being asked not to mention this in reviews only to the managers. I don't usually leave reviews but their demand for only 5 star reviews does not help others. Honesty is a virtue.

"Amazing place"

Gorgeous location. Plenty of family friendly things to do nearby. Fishing was exceptional and easy to access. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. Kitchen had everything required and more. Peaceful location and will definitely be back.
