Downstairs toilet - thin towels

Location great close to our reason for stay and beach was a bonus. Down a lovely lane next to coast and was nice and quiet. Great kitchen with lots of space.

Funny one not really right property for us. Not staying for leisure and property felt like hard work. Bathroom is not ok for 3 beds downstairs too small and is a really a wet room with a v small bath. Soggy socks as floor wet after showers. Felt a bit mean on extras like no milk. Parking not on site round the corner so hassle as we had a lot of stuff and it was v overgrown. Hosts need to do better on this one and not just rely on location. Felt a bit ripped off.

Great location, just off of the coast with sea views from both living room and master bedroom. The cottage was perfect for the family. We travelled as a family of 5 and had plenty of space. Mel was a great host as well. Very approachable if needing anything.

It's a very nicely decorated cottage in a good placement for visiting the beach. We visited in winter and it was a well furnished, warm, comfortable base. It would be possible to forget the car for a few days, there is a take away and pub nearby, and a few good walks as suggested by the owner. Local shops are only a 5-10 minute drive so it would be possible to walk to them. The beach is just a few steps and you can walk both ways along it giving different scenery either way. The owner was friendly and helpful, thank you.

Our only downside is that the owner stipulates that dogs should not be left in the house alone as she does not want the possibility of the residents disturbed by barking. If possible, it would probably be good to know this before booking. For us, it was not a problem because we were out everyday with our dog, however, you would need to keep this in mind for supermarket runs, going to restaurants or visiting the attractions.
