Cookies and milk left for us even though we were only staying for one night. Lots of board games and brilliant bunk room for our sons with very safe layout. Excellent facilities in the kitchen and even a washing machine which would have been very handy if we were staying longer. Cannot recommend this cottage highly enough.

Just one thing which was not perfect - gate to access property was on a slope which, when on foot, was slippery in the wet. Just something to note but we’d stay again without concern.

Lovely cosy cottage with beautiful attention to detail and lots of added extras to make our stay even more enjoyable. The upstairs double bed was super comfortable. The kitchen was beautiful and well equipped. There were toys and books for the children. We weren't expecting the large garden! We appreciated the magazines, emergency toiletries pack, milk and biscuits.

Nothing! We would definitely stay again as a couple (I think we would find it too small with the children if we had stayed longer than 2 nights)

Very good equipped small house; overall very nice !

As we travelled with kids that were already 19 and 23 years old.......the second bed room was simply too small. For small kids ok...

The host was very welcoming and friendly and communication prior to our stay was excellent. The place itself was very nice, well furnished and clean. Good location for day trips to the local area.

As a family or a stay longer than a couple of nights the size and layout may have been a little awkward.

Well appointed cottage. Got everything you need - very clear welcome pack, great coffee machine, clean and tidy. Lots of charm and great location to explore East Devon.

Water wasn’t super hot for showers. The master bed needs a new mattress and for the price of the rental I would have expected better quality linen.
