2 bed period cottage sleeps 4 in central Crickhowell

Clean and comfortable

Traffic noise.... difficult to leave window open in bedroom as very busy main road. Also no extractor fan in bathroom and unable to open the window.

Perfect location. Just what we needed for our trip. Ideal having the use of the Dragon inn.

Clean, nice decor / furniture and bed linen / towels. Good kitchen facilities for cooking yourself if need be. Nice courtyard garden and furniture (weather permitting). Central to all of Crickhowell restaurants and cafes.

Most of the sash windows are unfortunately painted shut so cant be opened. The only window in the bedroom we could open was the large window, and heavy traffic made it difficult to sleep from 5am.

A well presented and generally comfortable cottage. Free parking available in the nearby Inn car park. Hosts were good in responding to requests.

Location too near the A40 - which is not too busy but creates enough noise to be irritating including early-morning. Close by the chippy's kitchen. Main bedroom hard to ventilate without increasing street noise. Very small kitchen with limited appliances - a bit disappointing given the fairly high price.

Nice character cottage and great food at the dragon pub (the owners).

All good.

Cosy cottage. Lovely and clean with all the necessary amenities.

Road noise was a little loud in the larger bedroom.
