It is a really pretty two bedroomed Grade2 listed building that was originally a manse attached to the Chapel & situated in a small, quiet village. Nicely restored with new kitchen & bathroom plus tasteful furnishings & decor. There was everything facility wise that one needs for a self catering stay with the added bonus of a parking space & a private, sunny garden for sole use. Mike welcomed us warmly and gave us some info re the cottage & surrounding area & Barbara kindly baked us a delicious sponge cake filled with fresh blackberries. thanks a lot for that.

There was nothing we didn’t like about the property. The facilities & location were spot on. We will definitely be recommending this property to friends & family.

"The weather of course helped,but the location and setting was great."

We were self catering. The location was very quiet but surroundings were beautiful and it was fairly central for everything.

Visited in a bout of cold weather, and wish I'd taken slippers for the tiled kitchen floor!

"Lovely location, good place to stay"

Lovely location, easy to find as am from the area originally. Great for walks and rides. Cottage was nice and clean and everything we needed was there.

Very warm, didn't want to turn the heating off as note said don't touch it

Lovely cottage and very quiet location to relax very welcoming hosts as were happy to help when lost and provided a lovely cake on arrival also great communication. Returned deposit with no issues earlier than expected which was great

Heating down stairs was much colder than upstairs which was possibly due to the kitchen, however extra throws were provided
