Excellent location in Matlock Bath. Lovely property, clean and comfortable.

The property was very well equipped with everything we needed for our stay

Would prefer if towels would be provided but this is a minor point

Stunning views from the bedroom (although VERY narrow roads up a steep hill)

Lovely house, 8 of us stayed and enough space in living room and around the table for us all! Comfortable beds, clean bathrooms and kitchen

Bunk beds were a little tight for my 22 year old son and friend but it was only 1 night!

4 decent rooms, 2 bathrooms. All worked OK. Liked the proximity to walks, river, pubs, cafes, restauranmts of Matlock Bath. Also excellent bus and train links to nearby towns.

Access to house up narrow, steep slope. V little outside space.

It was lovely and clean place, bargain for what we paid and well located right in the Matlock Bath. Owners were quick to respond to our messages, very helpful and keen to help/advise. Pictures don't do it justice, it looks even better in real. Kitchen and lounge are separate and having the bedrooms in upper floors, we couldn't hear anything happening on the ground floor. Very quiet with a walking distance to a heart of Mattlock Bath, Heights of Abrham with caves and Gulliver's kingdom. Having a parking spot available was very appreciated.

It would have been nice to have had some milk as there weren’t any nearby shops open Friday evening

Comfortable and spacious house with all the facilities needed for a long weekend in the peak district. Fantastic location with a number of pubs and restaurants nearby. Perfect for walking in the Peak District.
