"Phenomenal"

This place is a real find. Myself and my husband love a weekend away and this is the best place we have ever stayed! The house is an excellent size, spotlessly clean, in an amazing location, super comfortable and finished to a super high standard. Whoever chose the decor and fittings has impeccable taste and the pictures do not do it justice. We had an amazing weekend for our daughters 16th birthday. It was so good I was seriously tempted to change the locks and claim squatters rights!! Superb- you should be so proud of what you offer, its beautiful and we looking forward to returning.

If I was being really picky, I would perhaps want curtains or blinds on the lounge window as people kept staring in.

Lovely house and location. Spacious house with comfortable beds and lovely sofa in the front room . Really well appointed kitchen and is a home from home. Highly recommend

The back garden is lovely but needed a clean sadly.

Lovely view of the sea. Very spacious property. Tastefully decorated. Well equipped kitchen.

Property could probably do with a good deep clean including garden to remove cobwebs etc. too many mats - more of a trip hazard than useful to protect carpets.

"Stunning views right on the sea front. Plenty to see and do in and around New Quay. We all enjoyed Age from 1yr to 83!"

View was amazing. Lovely house with everything you need and more. Watching the dolphins from the front window.

The hill, a killer for anyone disabled, but we were fully aware before booking. Would have been good to know that blue badge holders are allowed to park all day and night opposite the property. After speaking to a traffic warden we found out day three, we had been parking at rock street car park because of the 30 minutes restrictions across the road. Not being able to control the heating ourselves was done remotely after contacting owner.
