"Beautiful property in an idyllic location"

The view from the property is phenomenal and the house is in a perfect position for accessing the beach and the town. Inside, the house is furnished very stylishly and has everything that you might need. The owners have been very thoughtful in their preparations. The kitchen is very well equipped and the large dining table makes family meals very sociable! Waking up in that location every day was wonderful!

What a beautiful house in a stunning location and with spectacular full sea view 😍.. Just a short walk from New Quay Harbour. Stayed here for our 1st wedding anniversary with my husband for 4 nights in November.. The house is beautifully presented throughout and with all mod cons, spotlessly clean, and excellent facilities throughout. Highly recommend booking this place 💯

The situation over looking bay was wonderful with regular sightings of dolphins. Beds and bed linen excellent. Kitchen well appointed with everything you need. Plenty of hot water for your bath or shower. Welcome pack on arrival a nice touch.

Parking was difficult until after 6pm although our host Caroline did point this out and give us alternatives. Would have liked heating to have been a bit warmer in mornings. This was controlled by host at another location.

Swn Y Don has a real home from home feel. It’s a beautifully authentic house with fabulous bathrooms and a spacious modern kitchen. The beds are luxurious and the linen smelt lovely. It was so handy to have the washing machine and dryer on hand too. The property is located in the perfect spot close to the beach and local shops. The views are absolutely breathtaking at any time of the day. Host Caroline was incredibly attentive and ensured all was just right from booking in to checkout day. The welcome gift of wine & waffles were a really lovely touch & gratefully received. A little Gem In New Quay highly recommended.

Location was first class with wonderful views out to sea. Actually saw dolphins from lounge window. Amazing.

Had top floor bedroom as it was the only bedroom with en-suite however found the stairs quite a challenge due to my mobility.
