Boundary Stable

This is our second visit, the first time was in Andrew & Hayley’s two bedroom cottage nextdoor. We loved the stable as it was so cosy and the picture window in the lounge area was lovely to chill on the sofa and look out onto their land. We took our dog and as well as your garden you’ve got their one mile perimeter field to walk around which is great. The location is great, a few minutes walk into Middleton with its pub or a 30 minute walk into Pickering. We love this place and will definitely be returning for chill out weekends.

How clean it was and comfortable. Just one of those places that when you enter you just relax straight away. It was tastefully decorated and had lovely views.

Everything about this property is amazing. This was our second stay and we will return next year. Lovely friendly host, great garden for dogs, fantastic walks on your doorstep as well as pubs and restaurant nearby.

This was not a problem for us but it would be nice if the kitchen had a few more utensils such as a casserole dish, cheese grater etc. However, what was there is adequate and we were able to cook what we needed.

Location, cleanliness, layout, facilities, TV!

It’s a very minor thing but a bigger bed would have made it perfect

Quiet location just outside of Pickering. Nice views. High spec refurbishment of stables. Dog friendly. Lovely property and would recommend and use again.

The hot water tap needed attention. A mirror in the location of a plug socket for doing your hair would be a great advantage
