"Superb"

Lovely and comfortable. Ideal for a small family. Very modern. Good parking space right outside property.

Could have done with more towels. Just 2 large and one hand and we had 2 little ones with us. Luckily we had brought our own.

Beautiful cottage very modern wonderful views

Sofa was so uncomfortable possibly because it was also a sofa bed. Basic things not included in kitchen. Spare pillows in wardrobe were stained .

"A great base for seeing the sights of North Yorkshire"

Excellent location just outside Pickering. Furnishings excellent and huge TV

A few more utensils would have been good. The bed was too soft for us and gave us both back aches - but might be OK for others.
