Inverness Holiday House - 2 Bedroom

Good location because we wanted to visit Culloden Battlefield 2 miles. Very quiet neighbourhood well appointed postion. Drive for parking. Comfortable beds. Handy downstairs toilet as well. Kitchen great for meals. Nice and warm good central heating.

TV a bit bit confusing to use as no live TV but owner aware and needs freesat connecting. Iplayer and Utube available. Pass codes required for netflix and ITV X

Location was ok

The property is in poor and unsafe condition. The back garden is damaged and unstable, with posts sticking out of the ground and debris scattered around and holes in the decking The decking is badly damaged, creating a tripping hazard and is unsafe for dogs, even though it states pet-friendly. Paint pots,, and other materials are left lying around the property. Screws are protruding from the wall, posing a safety risk. A cupboard containing paint, solvents, and spirits is easily accessible to children. The banister is loose and unsafe. The double bed was terrible and uncomfortable, and the sofas were dirty. The rug smelled, and the place was just very shabby. Additionally, the owner behaved unprofessionally — calling and shouting aggressively at me at 7:30 am yesterday. I would strongly advise avoiding this property.

Hosts Scott and Sally were really friendly and quick to respond to messages. The house was very cosy and in a quiet neighbourhood which made for a good nights sleep. We enjoyed our stay alot.

Me and a friend stayed there at the beginning of September :) The House was just 10 minutes car ride out of Inverness and easy to find :) It was very lovely and in a very quiet neighborhood. Communication with our host was very easy and nice :) We only stayed 1 night, but you can easily stay longer, as you really have everything you need at the house.
