Lovely lodge. Very spacious and clean. It had everything we needed in a beautiful location and the hot tub was great. We arrived the week before Christmas and the festive decorations were a lovely additional touch for our stay! Would definitely return and recommend to anyone.

Absolutely beautiful lodge, immaculately presented, relaxing stay and close to places like amble, Alnwick etc. Excellent communication with hosts prior to stay and the hot tub was amazing to relax in. There is a small shop on site but there’s a large Sainsburys a few minutes drive away if you’ve forgotten anything. The staff in the bar on site were lovely and everywhere there is dog friendly. Would definitely book here again!

The blind was missing in the main bathroom so showering with the light on would give outside an interesting view (the window was frosted, thankfully!)

no coffee and all the electric candles didn’t work and check out at 10 is a bit early like most places do at least 11
