V nice ,clean , great facilities and close location to the beach and town centre . We were gifted extra chocolates and treats and also extra things For our young baby which was a really nice touch.

We couldn’t find one fault at all , which is v nice to say .

Nous avons absolument tout aimé. Nous n'avons jamais eu de logement aussi bien équipé pour les familles. Tout était bien pensé, plein de petites attentions très appréciables. La maison est extrêmement agréable à vivre, on s'y sent comme à la maison :) Une salle de jeux de rêve pour les enfants. Place de parking juste à coté décoration tout à fait charmante Hôte très réactive par sms Super pied à terre pour explorer le Sussex. Nous nous sommes notamment rendus à Brighton en train très facilement.

Laura is a wonderful host. Extremely responsive. We really enjoyed our stay. Perfect if you have children. Facilities are great and the delicious basket of goodies was a real treat.

Ein sehr schönes, liebevoll restauriertes Cottage mit viel liebe zum Detail. Es ist sehr geräumig,, war gut geheizt und gut ausgestattet. Wir wären gerne länger geblieben, aber leider hatten wir auf unserer Rundreise nur 2-3 Nächte pro Stopp geplant. Besonders sind die guten Informationen, die die Eigentümer in mehreren Mappen dem Gast bereit stellen. Auch der Kontakt war sehr nett und freundlich. Das Haus hat einen eigenen Parkplatz und liegt trotz Lage im Zentrum sehr ruhig. Bis zu den Geschäften und Restaurants sind es nur wenige Meter. Auch der Strand und die Kreidefelsen sind zu Fuss gut erreichbar. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

The garden furniture could do with an update

The house is lovely both inside and out. The location is very quiet both day and night - we visited in February. It's a short walk to the beach and to the beginning of the path which takes you over Seaford head. It is a few minutes walk, or less, to several good resaturants and pubs and a grocery store yet the house still feels tucked away. The house is very spacious but still feels warm and welcoming. The two larger bedrooms were very elegant and the beds were extremely comfortable with really cosy bedding. The smallest - third bedroom with bunk bed - has a nice view over the back garden. The care the owners have taken really shows - they have compiled binders with thier favorite walks complete with maps and difficulty levels so if you don't have time to do a lot of research they have done it for you. They have prepared other information on local attractions and pubs/restaurants and they left us a very generous welome basket. Lastly, when we thought we had broken the coffee machine, Laura (one of the owners), was very understanding and was easy to reach. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Everything so homely, warm and comfy

The only complaint would be the shower wasn’t great, no power to it and either too hot or just a cold trickle 😩 but we used the bath instead so we didn’t mind as only 2nights x

The property was in excellent condition, very clean, comfortable and lots of space for a family get together. The toy room covering the full top floor was exceptional and catered for family children with ages of 9months, 7years and 11 with ease. They loved it. Free Parking and kitchen facilities were also fabulous bonus for us.

The only downside was the small shower head and I'm picking, but this really was the only thing we could think of that could do with changing.
