Such a homey cosy space, perfect for a relaxing getaway snuggling up with a cup & a book or cosy nights chatting away with old friends & family. Finished off my night with a bath with a stunning view ;) Just a little walk from town, shops and of course the gorgeous seaside. The host Tobias was super responsive and helpful in helping me find my way around and making sure all was set for our arrival. Thanks guys!

We just adore this place!! Yes, some bits are quirky or dorky, but that’s half the charm.

This was a self catering property. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you need. The property was very quirky, which we liked. Lots of snuggle blankets which our daughters loved. All the bedrooms were a nice size, clean and comfortable.

As people have mentioned before the step into the bathroom is a little challenging. The ensuite to the top floor room was a little strange but usable.

Great Location in the centre of town.

Struggled to park on the street outside the property at times.

Garden area was disgusting. Broken tiles, damaged artificial grass, bits of rubbish ,cigarette butt's and dirty garden furniture-had to brush all the cobwebs off before using it. No barbecue as advertised Bathroom step although with a written warning was LETHAL and should be replaced or adapted for safely. .Bath was peeling inside and my husband had to keep fixing the shower with a screwdriver as the taps were loose .The shower curtain needs replacing as its badly stained. Top floor 'bathroom' is a TINY cubicle including a loo you need a step up to,a shower and wash basin with a clear door .The beds are very hard and uncomfortable. Finally the sofa has springs that caught my elderly Dad's leg sticking up so we had to put cushions over it to ensure it didn't happen again -these are not yet through the fabric so to be fair to the owner this could have been over looked.

Close to the sea and the cliff

After just one night, we have determined that this accommodation is not suitable for our family due to several concerning issues. First and foremost, the cleanliness level is below our expectations; the property has a persistent musty smell, and various surfaces feel sticky and uncomfortable. Additionally, the sofa is broken, with springs protruding from the cushions, making it uninviting. We also noticed peeling paint in the bath and on the walls throughout the space, which adds to the overall sense of neglect. The garden looks like landfill. On top of that, the first three steps on the stairs are wobbly, posing a safety hazard. To make matters worse, the carbon monoxide alarm in the top-floor bedroom began beeping, signaling low batteries, and the sticker on the alarm revealed that the batteries had expired a few years ago. We rent that ‘’cottage‘’ for 3 nights but just after one night we inform the owner that we were leaving for that reason. He proposed to send a cleaners but we just left cos the house need a deep clean and maintenance probably full renovation.

Brilliant location - we walked everywhere we needed, and found local people very friendly and helpful Loved the look of the cottage , quirky, spacious, comfortable. Loved the nearby peace garden, and found lots of great coffee shops in town and on the beach

We found the step into the bathroom hazardous- slippy and steep. A handrail going in would help Quite a bit of rubbish in the garden We are avid recyclers so would have liked info on recycling - what can and can't be put in which bin, and when they are collected
