"Perfect home from home!"

A truly wonderful place to stay. The decor was beautiful, the room smelt gorgeous, there was tea, coffee and milk. I would highly recommend!

The location and the hosts were lovely, and the animals!

It could do with a TV, we couldn't get the WiFi on and the toilet was very close to the wall

"Peaceful stay in sunny Sheringham, perfect accommodation for a mini-break."

The instructions were fine, very easy to follow and the host greeted us on arrival. The host was very friendly and the little extras like fresh milk in the fridge were most welcome. The bed was comfy, shower hot and fresh soft towels. Excellent value for money.

My only criticism was the WIFI but this was due to the service provider and couldn't be helped.

"Clean, cosy, pretty garden and lovely location near to cafes and beach."

It was well equipped with amenities and very cosy. The outlook onto the garden was especially welcome and as we are both cat lovers, we were delighted to see the two tabby cats popping in and mostly came into the garden. It was peaceful and we loved the location as it was near to the local cafe (Whelk and Copper) which I would recommend for brunch and to the beach. Our host was helpful and welcoming. Look forward to visiting again.

It was a little small, but it didn’t spoil our holiday at all. It is a base. If the weather was bad it would be a bonus to have a TV but we were out mostly.

Everything about this property is spot on. It’s comfortable, nicely decorated, has all the facilities you need, is self contained, a lovely garden, friendly and welcoming hosts and is ideally situated. We loved itv
