White Cottage Askham

Everything was perfect. The cottage was spacious but cosy. Well equipped and had everything we needed. Bedrooms clean and comfy. Well located for the north lakes but the village was also lovely. Would definitely stay again.

It was a lovely cottage. We had a great time. Will definitely book again!

There is no mobile signal, but the cottage has good internet.

this is a very old property and very quirky but would of thought it would of heated up a bit quicker than 20 hours don’t think anyone has stayed here for a while as it was absolutely freezing 🥶

the only thing I can say is I didn’t like anything this was a Christmas present for my husband and daughter and partner and I have never been so saddened with spending money on something where my daughter wouldn’t even stay 🥲

Low ceilings

Beautiful village, great location and cosy cottage.

Unstable single beds, upstairs flooring and lighting needs attention as it feels unsafe.

It was comfortable and adequately equipped and in a stunning location

it might be difficult for taller people as there are some low beams. Also for guests using the twin room bathroom access is downstairs
