The village is picturesque and quiet.

The beds, I am 14 stone, my partner 8. We could both feel the main bed springs and could not get comfortable at all. A topper may help? The upstairs loo wobbles as does the main bathroom toilet seat. Easy fixes I'm sure. It would be so worth it as the cottage is delightful.

great location. steeped in history. very quirky. cosy. lovely front lawn for evening relaxation and eating. lovely local walks.

main issue was the ceiling height! I am 6’4” and my son similar, so had to walk around bent over! this was made clear upfront and so not a complaint. those folk from the 1600s must have been midgets!
