The location was perfect and the size of the property was good.

The beds were very uncomfortable in all rooms. The main bedroom with ensuite the bed was damaged and collapsed at one side. The carpet into the living room in the door way was a trip hazard and every time you walked through the doorway you caught your foot on the carpet which isn't fully secure.

Nice house which suited our needs as very close to a wedding we were attending. Also Patrington seems a lovely village.

We had a bit of a problem with the heating as the thermostat is controlled by an app. which is controlled by the host.
