Number One - Fully Equipped Self Catering Four Bedroom House next to Dunedin, 15 mins to Spurn, 20 mins to Saltend, 12 mins to Easington

Everything in house is good. There is a living room, kitchen, a separate room have table for eating..an ensuite room, a double room and 2 single room..enough for 8 people..

The location is far from Hull Centre, hard for booking taxi.

Convenient because close to wedding attended. Clean and had everything that we needed. Lovely extra touches.

Lovely house if you were coming with a larger family for a few days as the kitchen has everything you’d need and it’s spacious. Bed seemed firm at first but was a comfy night’s sleep. Amazing location if you’re attending an event at Dunedin (a 2 minute walk, can do it in heels!). Overall a recommended, well appointed house with a gorgeous view of fields. Off road for two cars, three if one is tiny and you squeeze them on.

There was a BIG spider in the bedroom but he’s now been evicted. 😂 Some fittings like the shower are a little tired, but still work well.

Perfect location, me and my grooms party stayed the night before my wedding at Dunedin literally 2 minutes walk around the corner.

Everything was great in the property, the shower in the en suite didn’t switch on. Also couldn’t get the hot water to work.

I liked that it was down the road from the wedding venue. A very short walk! The house was tidy and very well appointed. The sheep in the field did baaaa a bit but didn't disturb my sleep. I loved the crisps, wine and chocs left for me! Thank-you!

The only thing I didn't like was the late access to the property. (4pm) and the early exit, 10am on a Sunday but that's just me being lazy.

Great location for us, close to local pub and short walk to shops. Very clean, 4 good size double bedrooms and decent bathrooms, one ensuite.

The house was beautiful in a lovely setting. A short walk from Dunedin. Lovely welcome pack and extras that we weren't expecting. Lovely host. Would definitely stay again.
