Tiled floor was very cold

Perfect location to walk to the beach and only a few minutes by car to local amenities. We had been due to arrive in the middle of Storm Babet but couldn't travel due to floods and David kindly agreed to delay it one day as it wasn't booked out. Thank you, really appreciated.

A bit of road noise but you get that with such a good location.

Exceptionally clean and well equipped. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Ample parking. Very good eating places and retail facilities close by.

Would have preferred a double bed instead of 2 single beds but it was made clear upfront.

Quiet picturesque location nice and handy for the cafe and farm shop and fairly near to the beach. The cottage was so comfortable and exceptionally clean we certainly hope to return soon, hopefully next year, thankyou so much for a lovely stay

Nothing except , I would have preferred it if the tv was lower on the wall as it tended to make my neck ache looking up.

A bit far out of Brid for us to walk and even Sewerby is about a mile away

Super comfy and well equipped cottage. My daughter and I had an excellent stay here.
