Lovely property. Well kept and clean. Excellent location.

We cooked our own breakfast as it was a self catering cottage. Location was excellent..located near Bempton Cliffs which is a must see to anyone who stays here.

The location is excellent. Very easy to find, ample parking, and right on a frequent bus route, too. The TV is too sophisticated for us but others will find it brilliant. Walking distance to a pub with good food, but be aware it's not a country pub if that's what you're hoping for. The farm shop / café next door had an excellent cooked breakfast (our second day). It doesn't advertise closing times, and it seems they close for the day when it's not busy so we were disappointed on the first day to find it shut.

We left a note about a couple of things that should be checked/fixed. It would have helped to have a note pad and pen for this. There was no guestbook for comments, which we like to see when self-catering as people's suggestions are helpful. Yes, it's self-catering, but just two tea bags?

Clean,lots of tv channels, location. Garden. Very peaceful.

More roasting trays and dishes would improve the cooking experience.

The cottage was well kept, very clean

The location is wonderful - beautiful scenery and easy access by car to the nearby beach. The cottage is set around a lovely courtyard with shrubs, flowers and an ancient olive teee.

Nothing! It was a wonderful , restful environment. We wished we could have stayed longer.
