"Worked well for us - all needs met."

A nice house and a convenient location with easy walk to central Conwy - clean, compact, well equipped and 2 bathrooms. Upstairs has a very powerful shower. Good comms from owner too.

Parking was a short distance away as there was no chance to park outside. Bryn terrace is a little steep and quite narrow. For us this was not a big problem but it could be for people who need their car outside the door. You can hear some sound through the walls from the neighbour.
