Wi-Fi was a little patchy at times

Clean well equipped nice bedrooms beds were a little soft but comfortable bathroom was nice although water was very hot in shower dog friendly and nice touches for pets including bed and bowls.

Not good location for us, too steep we are pensioners pluS stairs in property were very steep and narrow upstairs toilet Can only be reached through main Bedroom which was inconvenient for Second guest should be stated not suitable for older people due to Location

Lovely holiday cottage Had everything we needed when we stayed there.

Comfortable bed clean secure for the dogs close to conwy

Could do with an electric fire in the living instead of putting heating on for the whole of the house and a small table to put drinks on in the living room

The house was exceptionally clean and cosy. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you would need. I slept better in the comfy beds than I have for a long time. Comfortable, warm and clean . Two bathrooms were a luxurious extra with a good supply of toilet rolls, soap etc. Our dog loved the back yard and was quite safe with no escape. Garden furniture was provided plus a cosy little summerhouse, tastefully decorated. Rotary dryer and pegs, always needed. Anne was a brilliant host, always on hand should you need her. Lovely lady. Also provided was a dog bed, towel, bowl. And a high chair, not for the dog obvs 😊 We will recommend Fern Villa to our friends and family when they visit.

I only have one thing that I found inadequate and that was the WiFi. Very on/ off signal when sat near the router, mostly off, hence smart TV was extremely slow. As we are locals to the area and staying while our kitchen was being renovated the WiFi was required. If you're visiting Conwy, I can't see you needing TV or WiFi as you'll be busy exploring the beautiful area.

Quiet in the evening. Very clean throughout. Beds were really comfy. Easy check in/out. Large rear yard space.

Struggled with the wifi (used our mobile hotspot for tv). Stairs fairly steep for my 3 year old (narrow property so can’t be helped)
