Creber Cottage

This is a very nice cottage in quiet, scenic countryside; it was very well equipped and comfortable, and the hosts (who lived on the adjacent farm) were very helpful. The views of the surrounding farmland are spectacular. It is a good location for exploring south Devon (once you have made it back to the main road).

The spectacular and isolated location has one drawback, i.e. it is completely off the beaten track and access is via extremely narrow lanes, from every direction. This is obviously not a reflection on the cottage itself which is superb. If you can cope with the lanes, then it's highly recommended.

Lovely modern property with great facilities. Everything you need for a self catering stay. Peaceful and picturesque surroundings. Great if you want an escape! Will definitely visit again given the chance.

Be prepared for no mobile signal but there is WiFi. Access to property on uneven roads and tracks. Both to be expected given the rural location. Neither an issue for us but for information for future visitors.

A wonderful, clean and spacious cottage in an idyllic location. Hosts were very attentive and answered any questions we had. Would recommend Creber cottage for anyone wanting to stay somewhere comfortable but away from the hustle and bustle of the towns.
