The large gathering space was good

The place feels rather rundown. Aspects of the facility, especially inside the cupboards in the kitchen and under the lounge was filthy. There were not sufficient glasses etc. For the number of people that should be accommodated in the property. Things that were included such as iron and hairdryers were not available. The Wi-Fi was not very effective. Basic amenities like toilet paper, dishwasher tabs, broken sink, bin liners, dish rags, tea, coffee and sugar supplies, etc. were not provided. Considering the way the property is marketed and its cost the basic amenities were inadequate. The amenities included a washing machine machine, but it was in the cupboard in a dangerous position and could not possibly be used.

The location is by far and away the biggest appeal of the property. The ability to house a large group so close to the city centre is definitely a USP. The host company were also very pleasant, easy to deal with and accomodating.

The fixtures within the house are showing signs of age. In particular a couple of beds which are well past their best. But also, light bulbs were missing, one of the kitchen benches in danger of collapse and the utensils could also do with being updated - some of the pans are pretty gross. We stayed as a group of 9 and there was enough space, just. A larger group would have struggled, particularly 14 people sharing 2 bathrooms.

Great for for big groups!

Perfect for group gatherings, great location in middle of town. Lovely big communal area and plenty of beds, perfect for a stag do!

Very limited parking. Only 2 permits available that only covered one of the 3 days we were in the house

Great place to stay with friends. The kitchen/living area is really suitable for events and to be social. The staff were so helpful with all questions we had, thank you for contributing to such a great weekend! ☺️

Creaky noisy stairs!

Great space and multiple rooms, the beds are all spaced out within the rooms so it's not cramped. The kitchen is great for a big group, you can have a sit down meal together. We had 12 women staying and no issues with only two bathrooms. The area is in a good location.

The house is mostly clean but just a bit of maintenance work needing done.

Location was great, much bigger than I thought it would be. Perfect kitchen for socialising in. All beds singles which was very convenient. Lots of parking nearby.

Lack of bathrooms but manageable. Some of the mattresses and the kitchen sofa are a little tired, could do with replacing. The time of check out was too early.
