Lovely homely feel to the house. Fantastic views over the valley below. The house had everything we needed and the hosts were very resposive to queries.

We all found the beds a bit uncomfortable which meant we didn't get a good night's sleep.

Halifax has a lot of hills but once you get a custom to them it is OK.

Lovely little cottage that was surprisingly spacious for our little family. Beautiful views from the front of the house. Lovely range cooker in very usable kitchen. Great central location and easy parking.

We would have preferred a shower cubicle as opposed to the bath tub. We were aware of this before we went, so it won't stop us coming again, but might be something to consider adding in the future. I also struggled to get washing dry as it was wet weather and there was no airer or dryer.
