Lovely location, Everything for 2 people well laid out. I wish i owned this property. Owners dogs come to greet you, which was nice. Well placed for visits to Basingstoke. Nice pub nearby

Nothing to dislike. Every thing you need is to hand.

"A very nice place to stay."

Claire, the hostess, was very cheerful, considerate, helpful and obliging. The dogs were very friendly too! The accommodation was conveniently located, spacious and provided all we needed. The washing machine was very welcome. The bed was comfortable and duvet perfect! Good shower.

"A peaceful retreat in a quaint characterful cottage in convenient reach of the M3."

A quaint characterful cottage in a charming rural location in the grounds of the host's house. Secure accommodation and parking within gated grounds. Very convenient for Basingstoke and the M3 but a peaceful and quiet location. The host was very friendly.

The bed was a little too soft for our comfort, but otherwise everything was lovely.
