"Not all as it seems"

Location was pleasant as was the decor of the home

Owners were very cheeky when it comes to expenses. Charged 50 gbp to set up the hot tub but we were left with no instructions on turning on the jets. The policy before booking mentioned nothing about set up and daily usage fees. Paid 20 GBP to have our dog stay at the pet sitters and 3 hours later the woman said our dog was too loud and her husband who works nights was going to be disturbed. A bit funny considering you run a dog kennel. Also her husband and his mates were making heavy conversation and noise right next to our hot tub across the fence so the whole hot tub experience was lackluster

The location was perfect, close to the Forest of Dean and the town centre. The cottage itself was idyllic, peaceful and cosy. I would highly recommend and would come back again. Liza and Matt were very accommodating and helpful.

The most coziest cottage ever! Loads of character and we felt very relaxed and comfortable there. Highly recommended . Whirlpool bath was a treat after walking all day.
