Great sized house, nice and warm, good cooking facilities.

Parking outside house was a pain as you could only stay for 2 hours up to 8pm resulting in several tickets due to my oversight.

"Disappointing and not what I thought Iwas getting for the money paid"

The size as I had a number of family/friends staying for a family wedding.

The property is in need of an upgrade. The paint in the small living room was chipped and peeling. The kitchen was tired, the flooring ancient and the general decor was poor. The refuse bins were full, there was a damp smell and the boiler wasn’t pressurised. The toilets had mould and cracked tiles and the showers were old and in need of upgrade. My wife cleaned dirt and grim of walls and doors and in general the property wasn’t up to scratch. The change of name sums up the clientele who probably use this property routinely and I feel slightly let down that we were there for a wedding and I changed having a pre-wedding get together as I was slightly embarrassed.

Perfect stay for families with children and all that was needed was there

I wouldn't say I didn't like items in the house but the whole house would benefit from a couple of improvements and deep dedusting, in the areas such as the bathrooms as some items are rusty(heaters and pipework ). And perhaps a new coat of paint as some of the walls and window frames paint was falling off...

The kitchen diner was nice and the furnishings in the lounge were nice. Comfortable beds

The bathroom upstairs let the place down badly. Very poor fittings and a leak at the bottom of the sink. The place is in need of repainting
