Central Stratford, 3 bedrooms, sleeps 6, easy walk to town, Parking, Self Catering, Great View

The home was clean, had everything we needed and was spacious. We loved the location and the view of the racecourse. It was perfect!

Location suitable for access to town, Theatre and accessible on foot from station.

Parking was not adequate for two cars, even our fairly small cars could not open doors side by side or when staggered. Tiles at the base of the shower cubicle in downstairs bedroom were cracked, grouting dirty. There was dirt behind washbasin taps unacceptable for basic hygiene. Event on racecourse was intrusive; noisy and went on all day and late in evening. Little privacy on patio.,

Nice Aspect. Decent beds. Electric fans in all the rooms. Very clean and tidy. Nice sized television. Kitchen adequate. Parking was good and not a problem. Short 5min drive to Stratford upon Avon.

Stairs to the top two bedrooms are a tad steep. People with walking restrictions may encounter difficulty.

Decor a bit tired - but perfectly acceptable.

Fabulous location overlooking Stratford racecourse. Spacious rooms. Parking for 2 cars. Easy walk along the river to Stratford and theatre, and country walks.

All fine

We all were totally entranced by the race course, from the people walking their dogs, the hot air balloon being inflated and flown away to King Charles arriving and leaving in his helicopter! It is so quiet and peaceful yet close to town.

The neighbour! The carpets and some of the furniture were a bit tired.
