This is a home from home, lovely location, great heating if you need it, everything was perfect, 2nd time of visiting as its a great place to stay for our family in Warboys

The location was where we needed it to be for our visit to the area

Excessively noisy pipes that rattled every 20 minutes for our entire stay. The entrance was not welcoming at all. There was no privacy on the windows when we wanted the curtains open. There was no privacy in the kitchen as no blind or similar. The water pressure for the shower was poor.
