"Superb"

Warm, clean and spacious. Home from home and well equipped. Great access to playing field and local walks. Enclosed garden. Pet friendly. Spacious parking on the property. Bathroom very clean and washing products available.

Bathroom on the small size and shower over bath a little weak in pressure but water nice and hot and still functional. Adjacent to busy road but not heard from indoors. £25 charge for pets.

"Deceptively spacious. Hardly noticed the road and traffic."

Quiet, felt like in the countryside. Well laid out internally, quality fittings and fixtures. Gravel driveway. Handy with the bathroom downstairs.

The doorframes have a bit of wood at the bottom at floor level which is easy to trip on if not looking out for it. But we soon got used to it.

"A pleasant enough stay"

The property was very clean with a spacious lounge The kitchen was well equipped and again spotless The bedding was fresh and we found the bed comfortable

An unpleasant smell in the outside building / entrance way Very close to a busy road so exiting the driveway was hazardous The outside of the property does the accommodation no favours particularly the front of the house

Excellent find - it's just a pity we only stayed one night. Tidy, clean and comfortable. The house was very spacious and had everything one would need for an extended stay. I would definitwly book again, but hopefully for longer!

"Concerns about mouldy smell were discounted and we left paying for a stay we did not have"

The little village looked nice. The owner was responsive, however, did listen to our concern on mouldy smell in the house. We were left paying for two nights despite deciding on staying in a hotel nearby instead.

Only one tiny bathroom for a group of 7. The garden looked like a construction site. An uncomfortable smell inside the house.
