"Exceptional"

Cottage was great .... clean, comfortable & quiet. Within driving distance of things to do. Before our visit received recommendation of somewhere to go for a meal (Longlands Hotel) which was delicious. Saw Kate a couple of times who checked everything was OK. Our 1st visit & we will definitely be back!

"Hidden Gem"

Everything about the place was excellent, went to ride my bike and was even lock up for my bike which I never had when I stayed anywhere before , not with key to keep for myself anyway, Cottage is in a great location in middle of nowhere.

Everything was tremendous, one of the best I have stayed in on Booking.com.

"Another great stay at Over Kellet"

Location is excellent as it is quiet but central to visit the coast and the Lakes. If you take a dog the walled garden is perfect as it allows them a good space to explore but is completely safe and secure. The host Kate is very welcoming. There are great facilities, with a separate utility area. Everything you might need for a short or longer stay.

This is our second stay here and hopefully back again soon we love how quite it is just great if u want to chill and relax lovely and clean bed is comfy everything u need and ryan and kate are brilliant hosts

"Second stay at Swallow Cottage"

This was our second visit to Swallow Cottage. We love the location, rural and peaceful but close enough to amenities and local attractions. The cottage is a real home from home where we were able to relax with our pups and enjoy a break from our busy lives.

There is nothing to dislike. If we could have changed the weather, it would have been nice, but there is still plenty to do even on the off days.
