The Crandale Road House

This place is an absolute scam !! Booked on line then had an email to say had to pay another £250 as a safety deposit and key access. One night was paid for which was less than this request.

Everything about the booking system wasn't clear adding additional costs after booking was confirmed No answer on phone nonreply to emails AVOID

not happy with this property, carpet was dirty, needed decorating, holes in the wall, the 4th Bedroom was in the loft up a ladder thro another bedroom. handles missing on windows upstairs, black mould in ceiling, its a death trap, and health hazard. communication was very poor, my guys refused to stay there. do not book this property nothing like the photo's on booking.com. still trying to get back monies owed

Coloured and dirty towels on the floor. Beds not laid and everything hapazardly left on the bed

The location was good and the price was fair

It stated in the details that parking was included but after paying for the stay it was notified that a charge of £10 per day to park was applicable. Very misleading. The property was very "tired" and not very well cleaned.

There was very good temperature inside the place, warm and fresh. All devices are working well. Inside the rooms, it was silent during the night. I can recommend that apartment for everyone.

My experience was very disappointing. After I paid for the booking, the host asked me to pay a security deposit that was even higher than the rent itself. They refused to let me check in before paying this deposit. In addition, the place was not clean at all — there were spiders everywhere and it felt very uncomfortable. I do not recommend this accommodation.

Bathroom panel was not attached so water would spill on to the floor from the tub.
