Carp's Rise Cottage

Comfortable house in great location. On site facilities were very good - lots of walks, play areas, outdoor swimming pool, tennis courts. Ballihoo on site restaurant was excellent with lovely, helpful staff.

Lovely Cottage

The house was very cosy, clean, warm and perfect for our needs. We were amazed to find that the river Thames flowed right behind the house, still a little stream at this point. The view from our bedroom onto the next lake was wonderful. The neighbourhood was very quiet and invited us for a late afternoon stroll.

Even though we got a good description of the location, we found it a bit difficult to find the house since we arrived after dark.

Lovely house, great facilities on site including swimming pool, nice walks from house.

Beautiful property. Spotlessly clean, it had everything that you could possibly need and was well catered for guests with children. We also enjoyed the heated outdoor swimming pool. Communication with the owners was great.
