"A lovely house in a perfect location but just lacks a few things that could make it a more comfortable place."

Location was spot on for our group.

There were weeds all over the floor before the first step up to the house. There was only one tea towel and I would have expected more than 2 dish washer tablets. There was no extra bin bags for rubbish and the outside seating area was unswept. We all struggled to get in to the bath for a shower although it was a nice tub. The living room area had an unpleasant smell.
