"Perfect for a family reunion"

Perfect for a family gathering-reunion. Plenty of space for all and very well equipped

All good. Off street parking is free, however a parking space near the house is not always guaranteed on a busy weekend. This is understandable, as the lovely old part of Filey was not designed for 3 car families!

Stayed here as a couple for a last minute weekend booking. It was fantastic, perfect location for the town and a short walk to the beach. Really well stocked and spacious accommodation, very clean and orderly. The owner was lovely, very helpful and great with communication. Would strongly recommend to others.

Excellent location close to the town centre. Spacious and clean house. Landlady was really friendly and greeted us on arrival. Nice back yard to sit out and have a beer and space to store our bikes securely.

"This has to be the perfect place for families to stay!"

Beautiful, comfortable and cosy house situated close to the town and beach. Perfect for our family with plenty of sleeping options and a spacious layout. Absolutely everything had been thought of by the lovely hosts, including stairgates, cots, high chairs and toys for the little ones to walking sticks and standing frames for older guests.
