The house was immaculate and every need catered for. Had a lovely welcome from the owner on arrival. We felt the owners had gone above and beyond in all areas. Thoroughly enjoyed our short stay and would definitely recommend to others.

Very spacious with lots of extras and things provided for families. Owners had thought of everything. Perfect location as easy walking distance to town centre and beach.

No downstairs toilet and 2 bathrooms together but probably no other way to do it and not a problem

"Brilliant accommodation, lovely hosts, and Filey is a super place for families."

Our hosts were lovely, and readily available, even when we posed a couple of problems for them! Number 12 was even better than shown- beautifully clean, lots of rooms, and we got a discount as there were only 5 of us. The house is renovated to a really high standard and lots of thoughtful details such as safety gates throughout, changing mats and games for the little (and big) ones. Near to the station and bus station for getting around, easy free parking on the road and a short walk to the shops or beach. A nice sun trap outside ready for a sunny day - we didn’t have much good weather but lots to do in the area anyway, the Scarborough Fair Collection at Lebberston Roundabout was good value and brilliant for a rainy day (or anytime), nostalgia for the older adults and lots of fun for everyone. Our 7 year-old grandson gave Number 12 10 out of 10 and we all agreed with that.

House was easy to find and access, warm and welcoming when we arrived and immaculately clean. The host came to meet us and showed us round all the facilities and made sure we had everything we needed.

Hunting for on-street parking though we were lucky and found a spot in the street next to the house; and there were lots of other options including the 24 hour car park and Tesco car park both very close by.
