The little seaside cottage

The cottage is in a great location near to shops bars restaurants beach it was clean had everything you could need for a self catering holiday Annie the host was very quick to respond with any queries my friends and I had a fabulous weekend and I would highly recommend the cottage.

Great location. Perfect house for what we needed! 5 minute walk round to the spa. Exactly what we needed.

Stairs are very steep and we did have someone with us who wasn’t as steady on their feet but we managed!

Lovely roomy property with everything you could want. We stayed in November but the central heating was very efficient. Car park conveniently situated across the road and reasonably priced for 24 hours via the app.

Stairs are steep in the property so if you have small children you may want to enquire if a stair gate is available. Otherwise it was lovely.

Lovely house and lots of nice extras that came in very handy for example child friendly bits and bobs e.g. toys. Great location, short walk to town and the seafront. Lovely neighbours. Good parking in a very close car park. Would love to come back.

One of the beds is a little wonky and the stairs are a bit steep for those with mobility issues.

Soap dispensers difficult to use! Light bulb in lounge needs replacing.

Great place to stay central for everything we wanted. Cottage had everything we need.

The cottage was wonderful location amazing parked the car outside and walked everywhere for 2 days great location.

Had everything we needed and was well equipped

Spacious and easy to get to, this cottage was the perfect base for a long weekend family break. All bedding and towels etc were pristine clean and the facilities were immaculate. There were little extras in the kitchen including kitchen roll, coffee pods and regular coffee and tea, hand wash, toilet roll and even tissues and hand wipes. 2 large TVs in the living room and dining room and a small one in the main bedroom, all had Freeview but sadly weren’t connected to the internet. There were some toys in the bunk bed room which my youngest one loved and some DVDs in a cupboard in the dining room. A welcome pack was a nice touch with all info you need including WiFi details and check in was seamless and simple. Communication was fantastic, Annie answered any questions I had almost immediately and was very professional and helpful and we managed to get parked almost directly outside the property and then didn’t need the car as the cottage is literally five mins away from the promenade, beach, arcades and Tesco/Lidl/B&M. Will definitely book again and highly recommend.

The ceilings were a bit cobwebby which was a shame because the rest of the house was very clean and tidy. The coffee machine hadn’t been emptied for a while which I found out when I couldn’t seem to do a coffee and took out the tray to find it full to the brim with empty pods, emptied it however and all was well, maybe a note on how to work it/empty it would be a good idea.
