The little seaside cottage

Had everything you needed for our stay even toys and plenty of games for grandchildren tplay with

Found stairs very steep and narrow so was a good ldea to have a toilet and shower downstairs as well as bathroom upstairs

Unable to leave keys in box as had no info to do so.

The owner was very welcoming. The location was brilliant. The house was cosy. And had the little extras not expected. Very nice.

There just needs a few tweets bit of deep cleaning in the kitchen. And a wardrobe in one off the bedrooms is very damp but other than that was lovely.

Location was a short walk to the spa in which we competed in the international event that was happening.

Location to the centre of Bridlington and the sea front. Also the parking outside the property was a real unexpected bonus.

A dishwasher would be an improvement to ensure all pots and pans are properly cleaned ready for the next guests.

Perfect cottage. Clean, everything you need. Comfy beds, and just a cosy feel to it. So close to the town. Would definitely recommend.

Booking easy. Great location. Fantastic homely feel. An amazing weekend spent with family.

Excellent communication and cleanliness. Close to the beach and secure. Welcome gifts and guide were a lovely touch and toys for the kids were a hit! The front room is super cosy and being able to order a takeaway in self catering is a big hit for people with young kids.

There were signs of wear and tear but as it was out of season and an old property, I understand that that is the nature of the let and the cleanliness made up for it. If we'd have had a longer stay my husband would have struggled with the steep stairs but again that is the nature of the property so can't fault it really.
