The house is clean and orderly -- not cluttered (which is great when you have kids!), yet well decorated. My kids loved exploring all the cabinets finding new toys in every cupboard! Little touches like a welcome basket were appreciated. Again, the toys were an added bonus as well. Binder with lots of local info and info pertaining to the house was helpful.

Main bedroom closet needs some attention.

We liked the location - it's central, but close to the beach and on a quiet one way street. We were impressed by the host's attention to detail in thinking of everything that one could possibly need on a self-catering stay away. The accommodation is very clean, with a relaxing decor and comfortable beds.
